MT HOOD SHOPPING
Shopping on Mt Hood offers a good selection of basic products (groceries, recreation clothing and equipment rentals, auto fuels). Beyond the basics, shoppers will find treasures in books, antiques, local arts and crafts. Locals will tell visitors “Don’t miss the open studio sales!” by local artists such as watercolorists Steve Ludeman, printmaker Sue Allen, potter Dulcie Lindsoe and more. There are also locally based photographers who have captured the beauty and spirit of the Mt Hood region’s natural beauty. Check out the Arts, Artists and Entertainment and the Shopping sections in the Membership Directory.
